Financial Rules and Regulations |

All finances will be dealt with in accordance with EiP Financial Rules or Byelaws established under the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of EthicsinPolicing Limited.
Any changes to these rules or byelaws must be agreed by a majority decision of the Board of EiP and full agreement of the Directors of EiP.
1. All money paid to EiP will be allocated, to the following EiP accounts proportionately:
(a) 10% EthicsinPolicing Trust Fund Account.
(b) 35% EthicsinPolicing Administrative Account.
(c) 55% EthicsinPolicing Operations Account.
2. All other funds paid to EiP will be paid into the EthicsinPolicing Limited general account for administration by the EiP in accordance with its financial regulations and any funding agreement made between EiP and the funding body concerned.
