02/06/2011 - EiP Ethics Poll Result - May 2011
The number of participants taking part in last ethics poll on Ethicsinpolicing.com were not sufficient to have full statistical relevance however the poll did give the following indication:

When asked Should Police Officers be on short term contracts that are reviewed on performance 47% said no they do not think policing Police Officers should be on short term contracts that are reviewed on performance and 53% said they should.
