Detective indicted in domestic
A Louisville Metro Police homicide detective has been indicted on more than 100 charges related to a domestic dispute.

Tony Finch is charged with one count of stalking, one count of first-degree official misconduct, 53 counts of second-degree official misconduct, 54 counts of harassing communications and one count of unlawful access to a computer.

Finch has been placed on paid administrative leave, said Officer Phil Russell, a department spokesman.

Steve Schroering, Finch's attorney, said his client will fight the charges.

2 Stoughton police officers fa

STOUGHTON, Mass -- Two Stoughton police officers will face their fate in court tomorrow for corruption charges.

Sergeant David Cohen, Officer Robert Emmet Letendre, and Police Chief Manuel Cachopa were indicted back in 2004.

They face a total of 15 charges that range from false arrest to kidnapping to extortion.

Cohen and Letendre's trial is set for tomorrow in Dedham.

Cachopa's trial is scheduled for August.
