USA: State trooper photographed in full sex act whilst in uniform

SANTA FE, N.M. -- Strapped, loaded and in uniform -- a New Mexico state officer is caught on camera having sex on top of a car in public.

His boss says he didn't break the law, but his ethics may be questionable.

A county surveillance camera snapped a couple pictures of the amorous couple, and a curious chihuahua in one shot, having sex on the hood of the woman's car. The New Mexico state trooper is in full uniform.

An internal investigation has been completed and it's pending disciplinary action. The officer was placed on paid administrative leave and has 30 days to appeal the finding against him.

Sgt. Tim Johnson with the New Mexico State Police says the trooper's actions were not criminal, "but not common sense either."
