I have been watching the news from around the world, reading the articles in the news forum and have become increasingly concern with regards to the use of the term policing in respect to atrocities that have been imposed on communities by so called police officers. Should we not be distinguishing from policing of the people by the people and directed policing by the state? In my opinion where people are subjected to extreme violence by an organisation run by the state this is not policing it is state controlled militia and should we not recognise this internationally. Should we not have a definition of policing via the United Nations and if organisations fall outside of such a definition they cease to have the status of Policing and become a militia or something of this nature. Such a procedure surly may make some governments think about how they use the ‘Police System’. I would really like member’s views on this. Our opinions count as a single voice it is hard to be heard but as a collective voice we can be heard,
