Suhan, who is a native of Ankara, Turkey has been a British National for 25 years and holds dual nationality. He is a graduate of T.E.D Ankara College and a graduate of Northumbria University Business School. He is currently Managing Director of Inscape Learning & Development Ltd and an advisor to Ethics In Policing Ltd in the UK.
Suhan has thirty years' experience in management, sales, customer service, and training. After twelve years working for IBM UK's sales division, he set up his own company. He developed and delivered training programs, both in Turkey and in the UK, on success strategies, leadership, people management, team building and development, presentation skills, productivity, sales performance and customer service. His clients include the largest and most prominent organisations in their respective sectors. He is a businessperson who has a wealth of knowledge, ranging from local authority to corporate sector working with finance, sales, marketing, retail, manufacturing and service functions. Suhan understands both the public sector and the private sector, and the SME (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) and the corporate world.
His work with Learning & Skills Council's E2E (Entry to Employment) Providers and Youth Justice Board's ISSP (Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme) teams exceeded all expectations and achieved outstanding feedback from the participants.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, North East Chamber of Commerce, Newcastle Speakers Club and, a volunteer Business Mentor for the Prince's Trust within the UK.
Suhan has been happily married to Janet since 1984 and they have three great children, Nina, Ceyhan and Shelby.
