A WOMAN escaped a drink-driving charge after two male police officers turned a blind eye to her breath test results when she agreed to perform a sexual act on one of them in the back of her car, the annual NSW Ombudsman report reveals.

Secret Police Misconduct List

There is a list of more than 600 Chicago police officers who have a complaint list that contains no fewer than 10 citizen complaints on each one of the officers.

Attorney Craig Futterman, who is representing a woman that is claiming abuse, said that the release of the list to the public will shed light on exactly who the offenders are. Recently, a federal judge ruled that the documents regarding reported police misconduct could be made public. The city is in the process of appealing that decision. In the meantime, they have been give a one week stay.
